Dibalex ensures good, efficient commissioning and optimum continuity during the production process. We quickly intervene in the event of emergencies involving machines manufactured by us. Our aim is to offer the customer effective service and support in all areas during the entire lifetime of the machine. Our professional and service-oriented department of technicians and specialists provides this support remotely by logging in to the client’s system from the office, providing rapid delivery of spare parts, offering service contracts and facilitating training and refresher courses.
Do you need fast and adequate support? Our telephone support service is accessible during business hours. If the failure is unable to be resolved remotely, we will make an appointment for one of our specialists to visit you and resolve the failure on site.
All our machines are designed and built to operate continuously at full capacity. Possible downtime of a machine must be kept to a minimum. Spare parts are a crucial factor in this regard. Close contact with our suppliers enables us to quickly deliver machine parts.
Do you need certainty in terms of your production process? Consider taking out a service contract. To guarantee more certainty in the production process we offer the possibility to take out a service contract. We have various types of service contracts, from preventive maintenance service once or twice a year to a 48-hour service where a technician is on site within this time frame. We will repair it!
Training and refresher courses
By training the operators we can ensure efficient use, supple production and a long service life of your profiling machines. For new operators or employees needing a refresher course in operating a Dibalex machine, we offer the possibility to follow a targeted training course on site or at Dibalex.
