Customisation

Customisation characterises every profiling machine produced by Dibalex. Every machine that we develop is unique and tailored to the functional application of the desired profile. Based on a sketch and our customer’s specification list, our engineers develop a first design. After feedback, the definite design is further developed and produced. The design of the forming rollers and the machines is developed on CAD stations with COPRA and Creo Elements 3d software. To develop forming rollers we simulate the roll forming process with the help of the Finite Element method. This method of calculating compressive strength guarantees an optimal end-result for our products.
